We’re looking for 3 Senior Insurance Power & Renewables Risk Engineers to join 3 different Global companies at the forefront of industrial and energy risk. You’ll partner with underwriters and major clients to analyse critical power assets, uncover vulnerabilities, and drive smarter risk decisions across conventional and renewable generation portfolios.

What You’ll Be Doing- Lead in-depth risk engineering surveys across conventional and renewable power facilities
- Evaluate complex loss exposures using industry-leading frameworks and standards
- Deliver practical, high-value risk improvement and loss prevention strategies
- Provide expert technical insight to underwriters on large, complex power risks
- Review third-party engineering reports and translate findings into underwriting intelligence
- Produce clear, decision-driving technical reports on schedule
- Join client and broker meetings as the technical authority
- Champion risk engineering tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Build trusted relationships with major power sector clients
- Stay at the cutting edge of turbine technology and energy generation developments

You’re a technically credible power professional who can operate as both engineer and advisor. You’re comfortable in the field, in front of clients, and in technical discussions with underwriters and stakeholders.
You’ll bring:
- 10+ years’ hands-on experience in conventional power generation
- Proven background as a Power Risk Engineer within insurance
- Relevant engineering qualifications (professional membership a plus)
- Strong Gas / Steam turbine expertise — operations, maintenance, and failure modes across major OIM.
- Working knowledge of international engineering standards
- Experience operating across international or multicultural environments
- Clear, confident communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and make sound technical judgments
- Flexibility to travel when required
