About KINTAL
KINTAL is a UK-based human-first AI consultancy for the creative industries. We partner with agencies, studios, production companies and in-house creative teams to help them adopt AI in ways that preserve and enhance what makes them brilliant. Using our SIGNAL diagnostic framework, we assess people and culture, workflows and processes, tools and technology, and compliance and risk, so teams can move forward with clarity.
The opportunity
We are building a pool of AI specialists to work with us across a growing client base. This is not an immediate full-time hire. We are looking for people interested in fractional or contract engagements, as well as those who want to register early interest in full-time roles as KINTAL grows. We want to hear from people at all career stages. Whether you are an experienced practitioner, someone mid-career looking for a change, or earlier in your journey and actively building your AI skills, if you are curious and motivated, get in touch. You do not need to tick every box.
Who we are looking for
- We are looking for a range of people, not one profile. You might be someone who designs and runs workshops and training sessions, someone who works directly with clients on AI readiness and strategy, or someone whose strengths sit in hands-on delivery and implementation.
What matters most:
- Genuine curiosity about AI and how it is changing businesses
- A resilient, adaptable mindset and comfort with ambiguity
- Solid working knowledge of AI tools in practice
- The ability to critically evaluate AI outputs, spot when something is not good enough and know why
- The ability to communicate clearly with people at all levels
- A self-starter approach, comfortable working independently
- A background in or strong interest in the creative industries
To apply, send us your CV along with a brief note about the types of engagements or working patterns you are looking for and your expected rate.
