What You'll Do:
- Proactively source and qualify outbound leads through personalized outreach strategies, including cold email, phone calls, video messages, and social engagement.
- Book meetings for Account Executives by applying BANT qualification and providing detailed handoff notes.
- Experiment with messaging, sequencing, and outreach channels to improve response and conversion rates.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Vidyard, Vidu, Aircall, and HubSpot CRM to research accounts and drive outbound engagement.
- Enroll outbound leads in prospecting campaigns and follow up consistently across multiple channels.
- Maintain consistent outbound activity focused on cold, net-new pipeline creation.
- Keep HubSpot contact, company, and deal records clean and up to date with detailed activity notes.
- Accept and work leads assigned by members of the sales, revenue, and marketing organizations.
- Make process and tooling suggestions that improve outbound effectiveness.
- Own your 1:1s by preparing in advance, sharing updates, and taking action on coaching feedback.
What You Bring To The Role:
- At least 1–2 years of work experience in outbound business development or a similar role.
- A results-oriented mindset and confidence with cold calling, written, social media, and video outreach.
- Near-native proficiency in English and exceptional writing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy, with a strong interest in technology and SaaS.
Bonus if you have:
- Prior experience or basic knowledge of the hosting or cloud infrastructure space.
- A demonstrated interest in sales through a sales development certificate or coursework.
- Familiarity with HubSpot Sales or Salesforce and other prospecting tools.
- Fluency in a second Kinsta language beyond English. Languages we’re currently targeting include Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, and Japanese.
Our Benefits:
- Annual remote expense budget.
- Flexible PTO.
- Paid parental leave.
- Annual professional development budget: available after one year with Kinsta.
- Sabbatical: available after three years with Kinsta (and every three years thereafter).
- Location-specific healthcare benefits (including vision and dental) for employees hired in the UK, and Hungary.
