We’re looking for a results-driven Product Marketing Manager to take our go-to-market strategy to the next level. This role is perfect for someone who loves crafting compelling narratives, enabling sales and translating technical features into business value. As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own the positioning, messaging and launch strategy for our products. You’ll be the critical bridge between product, marketing and sales—ensuring we deeply understand our buyers and deliver the right story to the right audience at the right time.
What You\’ll Do:
- Define and maintain ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas across segments and use cases.
- Develop and refine product positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation based on customer insights, market trends and product capabilities.
- Own go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for new features and product launches.
- Develop and maintain compelling product narratives and collateral that clearly communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
- Support the execution of global and regional go-to-market (GTM) initiativesCollaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to create compelling sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers).
- Partner with Demand Gen and Content to fuel campaigns and content with product-specific messaging that drives pipeline.
- Conduct customer research, win/loss analysis and competitor analysis to inform strategy and messaging.
- Enable internal teams with training, messaging briefs and regular updates on product/market insights.
What You\’ll Bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, MBA preferred
- 4–6+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills.
- Experience launching products or features with measurable business impact.
- Proven ability to translate complex technology into compelling, customer-facing narratives.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
- Experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.).
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with PLG (product-led growth) or developer-focused SaaS.
- A background in hosting technology or experience marketing to development personas.
- Pragmatic Marketing certified.
- Flexible PTO.
