We’re looking for someone ready to roll up their sleeves, get strategic, and drive growth with us — all while earning equity and becoming a key part of the business.
Why This Role?
This isn’t just another job — it’s a chance to build and scale with us. You’ll work directly with the Founder, crafting strategies, winning clients, and making your mark. This is about growth, ownership, and real impact. You’ll have the freedom to shape your own client portfolio, and help take the agency to the next level. Whether you’re a business development pro or a client management whiz, this role is about being a driver, not a passenger.
Who This Is For:

- You’re a self-starter who loves building something from the ground up.
- You want to grow your client base while helping us grow ours.
- You’re a deal-maker who can pitch, win and scale accounts.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- You’re ready to step up, take ownership, and become a key part of a growing business.
- You want to grow at a company and make an impact - ready for your next challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must know performance media and lead our performance media brands for the group.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new clients in the marketing and consulting space.
- Scale existing accounts by spotting opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Partner with the Founder to create compelling proposals and pitch decks.
- Lead client communications, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and exceed expectations.
- Stay ahead of market trends and emerging client needs.
- Track and report on business development activities using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the wider team to align on client strategies and service delivery.
About You:
- You have proven experience in paid digital marketing, client management, and business development within an agency, as a freelancer, or in a consultancy.
- You’re entrepreneurial, driven, and hungry to grow — both for yourself and for the business.
- You’re a strong communicator and negotiator with the confidence to pitch and win clients.
- You’re a strategic thinker who can spot opportunities and turn them into wins.
What You Get:
- Performance and contribution + salary base.
- Flexibility - work and travel.
- The chance to shape the future of a growing agency and build your own portfolio.
- Exposure to high-impact projects and ambitious clients.
- A role that evolves with you — as the business scales, so do you.
