  • Guide and oversee paid social + display activity, ensuring it ladders into the bigger growth picture.
  • Manage client relationships — presenting strategies, performance, and opportunities with confidence.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members into high-performing operators.
  • Build frameworks and processes for campaign management, reporting, and optimisation.
  • Partner with creative to push dynamic content, automation, and testing.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in performance marketing with strong PPC foundations.
  • Solid cross-channel knowledge: Meta Ads, Display, YouTube, Shopping.
  • Strong track record of hitting performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, growth targets).
  • Client-facing communication skills: able to translate complex data into clear narratives.
  • Experience training/mentoring juniors and building team capability.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort across GA4, attribution models, and reporting tools.
  • Commercially driven — focused on delivering tangible client growth.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with dynamic creative optimisation and automation (scripts, n8n, Make, SA360).
  • E-commerce experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
  • Broader growth marketing knowledge (SEO, CRO, retention).

What We Offer

  • High-impact role in a fast-scaling growth agency.
  • Opportunity to shape our performance function and train the next generation.
  • Direct ownership of client results and strategies.
  • Competitive salary + performance bonuses.
