Key Responsibilities:

  • Must know performance media and lead our performance media brands for the group.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new clients in the marketing and consulting space.
  • Scale existing accounts by spotting opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Partner with the Founder to create compelling proposals and pitch decks.
  • Lead client communications, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and exceed expectations.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and emerging client needs.
  • Track and report on business development activities using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to align on client strategies and service delivery.

About You:

  • You have proven experience in paid digital marketing, client management, and business development within an agency, as a freelancer, or in a consultancy.
  • You’re entrepreneurial, driven, and hungry to grow — both for yourself and for the business.
