The Role

We’re looking for a commercially sharp and hands-on Senior Performance Manager with deep PPC expertise (Google Search, Shopping, YouTube), strong working knowledge of paid social and display, and the ability to drive measurable growth. You’ll lead strategy and optimisation, manage key client relationships, and develop junior talent into high-performing specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end performance strategy and execution across PPC, paid social, and display.
  • Be the in-house authority on PPC, driving efficiencies, scaling campaigns, and achieving ROI targets.
  • Guide and oversee paid social + display activity, ensuring it ladders into the bigger growth picture.
  • Manage client relationships — presenting strategies, performance, and opportunities with confidence.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members into high-performing operators.
  • Build frameworks and processes for campaign management, reporting, and optimisation.
  • Partner with creative to push dynamic content, automation, and testing.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in performance marketing with strong PPC foundations.
  • Solid cross-channel knowledge: Meta Ads, Display, YouTube, Shopping.
  • Strong track record of hitting performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, growth targets).
  • Client-facing communication skills: able to translate complex data into clear narratives.
  • Experience training/mentoring juniors and building team capability.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort across GA4, attribution models, and reporting tools.
  • Commercially driven — focused on delivering tangible client growth.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with dynamic creative optimisation and automation (scripts, n8n, Make, SA360).
  • E-commerce experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
  • Broader growth marketing knowledge (SEO, CRO, retention).
