Kinship is seeking a curious, organised Research Officer to join our Research and Practice team. You’ll help build an evidence base about the experiences and needs of kinship families, ensuring lived experience informs policy and service development.

Working with the Research Manager, you’ll use qualitative, quantitative and participatory methods across surveys, interviews, focus groups and data analysis to turn findings into practical insights that inform policy, campaigning and practice.
