A leading global media and entertainment business is seeking a Senior Legal Ops Paralegal (or Legal Exec) to support the evolution of its Legal & Business Affairs function through AI adoption, workflow optimisation, and legal operations innovation. This unique opportunity is for an experienced paralegal or legal professional from the media, entertainment, TV, film, digital content, or wider creative industries to help shape how an in‑house legal team uses AI tools to improve efficiency, collaboration, and delivery across commercial, IP, rights, production, and corporate workstreams. Must be UK based.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of AI tools and legal technology across the LBA team
- Design and improve workflows, templates, prompt libraries, and playbooks
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements
- Deliver training and coaching to legal team members
- Monitor adoption, usage, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support broader legal operations and knowledge management projects
Essential Experience
- 5+ years’ experience within Legal & Business Affairs, paralegal, or legal operations roles
- Background within media, entertainment, production, digital content, sport, music, or related creative sectors
- Understanding of media agreements (commissioning, distribution, talent and brand partnerships) to contextualise legal workflows
- Demonstrable experience in AI‑assisted legal platforms, legal tech, and legal process optimisation
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, evolving environments
Desirable
- Exposure to change management, training delivery, or knowledge management initiatives
