Our client is a new generation creative media business based in Central London. They are behind some of the most inspiring and iconic branding and advertising projects on our screens now and have taken the development of company brands to a new level, with unrivalled integrity and creativity.
Owing to the success of the company and several new high profile accounts, an exciting role exists for an experienced lawyer with between c. 5-10 years\’ PQE to work with inspiring colleagues.
The role will support the operational side of the business on the following:
- Production, talent, crew and performance contracts, casting memos and celebrity contracts
- NDAs and MSA tracking
- Rights licensing, management and monetisation
Internal clients will include Production, Finance and Post-Production teams as well as the Board and we are looking for a confident, agile, autonomous lawyer who will thrive on the fast pace and international work! You will be a qualified lawyer with relevant contractual experience gained within a fast-paced creative/media environment in-house or in private practice.
The legal team work in the office 2 days per week and the culture of the business is supportive, very flexible and encouraging.
