What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the commercial legal function (team of 4)
- Draft & negotiate a range of agreements: publishing, IP, marketing, advertising, and more
- Advise on commercial, regulatory, IP, and corporate matters
- Support global teams across HR, finance, community, and customer support
- Contribute to internal legal tools, templates, and compliance initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 6+ years' PQE
- Strong commercial contracts background — ideally in games, tech, or media
- IP and licensing experience desirable
- Proven leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Organised, agile, and commercially minded
