This is an excellent opportunity for a senior commercial lawyer to take on a strategic, visible, and influential role within a dynamic and fast-growing organisation.

Join a fast-paced, global leader in mobile gaming as Senior Commercial Counsel, where you’ll play a key role advising on strategic initiatives and managing a high-performing legal team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage the commercial legal function (team of 4)
  • Draft & negotiate a range of agreements: publishing, IP, marketing, advertising, and more
  • Advise on commercial, regulatory, IP, and corporate matters
  • Support global teams across HR, finance, community, and customer support
  • Contribute to internal legal tools, templates, and compliance initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 6+ years' PQE
Strong commercial contracts background — ideally in games, tech, or media
IP and licensing experience desirable
Proven leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Organised, agile, and commercially minded
