Rights Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Rights Manager to join a media business.

You will oversee the organisation and management of digital rights for an eclectic portfolio of entertainment brands.

Role:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital rights strategies
• Advise on rights availability and ensure accuracy of rights management systems
• Partner with distribution and commercial teams to optimise revenues across major VOD and SVOD platforms
• Support colleagues in legal on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating digital rights clauses
• Monitor evolving regulations and mitigate risks related to content rights and licensing

You:

• Strong knowledge of distribution agreements, VOD models, holdbacks, exclusivities
• Commercially astute, detail-driven, and highly organised
• Adept at working in a fast-paced and evolving business
