A leading global media and entertainment business is seeking a Senior Legal Ops Paralegal (or Legal Exec) to support the evolution of its Legal & Business Affairs function through AI adoption, workflow optimisation, and legal operations innovation.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced paralegal or legal professional from the media, entertainment, TV, film, digital content, or wider creative industries to help shape how an in-house legal team uses AI tools to improve efficiency, collaboration, and delivery across commercial, IP, rights, production, and corporate workstreams.
- Drive adoption of AI tools and legal technology across the LBA team
- Deliver training and coaching to legal team members
- Support broader legal operations and knowledge management projects
5+ years’ experience within Legal & Business Affairs, paralegal, or legal operations roles
Background within media, entertainment, production, digital content, sport, music, or related creative sectors
Understanding of media agreements (e.g. commissioning, distribution, talent and brand partnerships) in order to contextualise legal workflows
Demonstrable experience in AI-assisted legal platforms, legal tech, and legal process optimisation
Exposure to change management, training delivery, or knowledge management initiatives
