LEGAL ASSISTANT – TV & MEDIA
HYBRID (3 DAYS IN LONDON OFFICE)
12 MONTH CONTRACT, STARTING ASAP

We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join the busy Sales & Distribution team at a leading London-based media company.This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to launch a legal career behind the scenes in TV – working with international sales, contracts, and content distribution.
We are interested in junior Paralegals and/or Contract Administrators with curiosity, precision, and ability to stay organised under pressure.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating and managing the full contract signature process using an e-signature platform
- Working with AI consultants on modernising internal processes
- Keeping sales records and databases up to date and liaising with Finance on invoicing and customer info
- Requesting insurance certificates and supporting third-party reporting
- Assisting with clearances, tracking sales materials, and negotiating basic deal terms
- Supporting the wider Legal team during busy periods (especially during major TV markets!)
What we’re looking for:
A self-starter who is eager to learn and thrives on attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and confidence using Excel
Someone comfortable juggling admin tasks and keen to understand how TV deals are done
Someone who has worked in an office or admin environment before and can demonstrate an interest in systems and technology
Interest in media or television is a definite plus!
