Work Behind the Scenes of Major Film & TV Productions

Are you a commercially minded lawyer ready for your next challenge in the entertainment and media world? We're looking for a skilled Associate Legal Counsel to join a global leader in film and TV production services on a fixed-term contract, supporting their legal operations across the UK and Europe. This is your chance to be part of an agile, collaborative legal team that advises on everything from high-value equipment rental agreements to licensing deals for studio space used by some of the world’s biggest productions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Draft and negotiate studio and equipment rental agreements with major film & TV clients
  • Provide pragmatic legal and business affairs advice to stakeholders on procurement, licensing, MSAs etc
  • Work across commercial contracts, IP, real estate, employment, and corporate law
  • Collaborate with external counsel, lead due diligence, and manage strategic legal projects
  • Contribute to internal legal training and mentor one junior team member

What You Bring:

  • You must be a qualified lawyer (indicatively c.3–6 years PQE, but this is flexible) with solid commercial contracts experience
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, international environment
  • A passion for film and television – or at least an appreciation for what happens behind the scenes!
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset
