This is an exciting opportunity to join the IP Legal team of a highly successful, design-led consumer brand, loved worldwide for its distinctive, original and collectable products.
You will play a pivotal role in protecting the brand globally, tackling counterfeit activity from factory to consumer across international markets. It's a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IP paralegal to take ownership of high-calibre, international work within an ambitious, fast-growing global brand. The role:
- Manage anti-counterfeiting investigations across online and offline channels.
- Coordinate global enforcement activity with IP Counsel, investigators, customs and law enforcement.
- Drive online monitoring, marketplace takedowns and brand protection initiatives.
- Support civil and criminal enforcement, product authentication and evidence management.
- Analyse intelligence and trace counterfeit supply chains to disrupt illicit activity.
The experience we need:
You may come from a private practice or in-house background. Either way, you will have the experience below:
- Essential: hands-on experience managing anti-counterfeiting matters, gained in-house or in private practice.
- Proven experience in global IP and brand protection, covering online and offline enforcement.
- Strong knowledge of counterfeit investigations, marketplace takedowns and supply-chain tracing.
- Experience working with external investigators, customs and enforcement agencies.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage complex cases.
Please note: This is a specialist IP/anti-counterfeiting role, not a generalist paralegal position.
