We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospitality Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional hospitality across the estate and the Pinkfoot Trailer. This unique role combines luxury private and corporate event management within a historic estate setting, with the operational leadership of our Pinkfoot food trailer concept.
You will be a confident, hands-on leader with proven experience in high-end hospitality. You will oversee complex logistics, ensure flawless service delivery and maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail. Your ability to anticipate needs, respond calmly under pressure and deliver an exceptional guest experience will be paramount. What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage hospitality operations across Kinross House Estate and the Pinkfoot Trailer, ensuring both run seamlessly and to the highest standards.
- Oversee the hospitality planning, coordination and delivery of luxury private and corporate events, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
- Maintain 5-star service standards across front and back of house, setting the tone for a professional and refined guest experience.
- Ensure full operational control of the Pinkfoot Trailer, including service delivery, stock, equipment and compliance.
- Support and manage health & safety, risk assessments, licensing and compliance documentation across all hospitality operations alongside Operations Manager.
- Deliver exceptional guest service, particularly to exclusive and high-profile clients, maintaining the utmost discretion at all times.
- Oversee casual staff recruitment, training and development, leading a motivated and loyal team.
- Manage supplier relationships, stock control and ordering to ensure consistency, quality and cost control.
- Support and drive the growth of the Pinkfoot Trailer through innovative service ideas, event concepts and community engagement.
- Maintain excellent standards of presentation, professionalism and operational excellence across the estate.
About You
- Eats, breathes, and sleeps hospitality. You’re passionate about impeccable service, and love creating memorable guest experiences.
- Has extensive experience working in luxury venues, private estates or high-end event environments.
- Has strong expertise in managing health & safety, compliance and complex logistics.
- Has strong experience in the management and serving of wines, spirits and cigars.
- Is an inspirational leader with excellent training and people management skills.
- Has a calm, “can-do” attitude and thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
- Has experience working with elite and exclusive guests and understands the importance of discretion.
- Holds a clean valid driving licence and personal alcohol licence (or is willing to obtain).
- Holds Food Safety training (or is willing to obtain).
