We are seeking a highly organised, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to support a dynamic principal across business, personal, and lifestyle operations. - Diary & Scheduling
- Manage a complex, ever-changing diary across multiple time zones
- Coordinate meetings, calls, reservations, and appointments
- Prepare daily/weekly schedules, briefing notes, and priority lists
- Act as gatekeeper, prioritising requests and managing competing demands
- Communications & Correspondence
- Draft emails, manage correspondence, and follow-ups
- Liaise with senior stakeholders, external partners, and advisor
- Personal, Lifestyle & Travel
- Oversee personal scheduling, bookings, gifting, and errands
- Coordinate appointments, family logistics, and ad hoc projects
- Manage complex international and domestic travel (flights, hotels, visas, itineraries)
- Ensure seamless travel with real-time adjustments as needed
- Household & Staff Operations
- Support day-to-day household coordination
- Liaise with and oversee household staff schedules and standards
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and administration
