Our VC-backed clients are opening restaurants, scaling beverage brands, and building out hospitality concepts.
We're looking for a contract recruiter who's spent real time hiring in food & beverage to run full-cycle searches across our active client roster, from HQ leadership down to the people running the floor.
We partner with venture-backed founders and their portfolio companies to build the teams behind the brands, sourcing everything from executive leadership to the operators who run day-to-day service.
You'll own a portfolio of live requisitions for our F&B clients, spanning both corporate/HQ hires (marketing, finance, operations leadership) and field roles (general managers, kitchen leadership, front-of-house management).
What You'll Do
- Run full-cycle recruiting
- Partner directly with founders and hiring managers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of specialized F&B talent
- Own the candidate experience end to end
What We're Looking For
- Required
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting across both corporate/HQ roles and operational or field leadership roles
- Comfortable managing several open requisitions at once
- Strong sourcing instincts across Linked In, ATS/CRM tools, and your own network
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
- Able to work independently as a remote contractor with minimal oversight
- Preferred
- Strong food & beverage experience
- Experience recruiting for venture-backed or early-stage/high-growth companies
- Strong skills with Recruitment tools such as Linkedin Recruiter etc
