The Role
We are looking for a Head of FP&A to build and lead a best‑in‑class financial planning and analysis function for the group. The role owns the modelling, forecasting and performance reporting that underpin strategic decision‑making, and acts as a key commercial partner to leadership in driving disciplined, data‑led growth.
What You’ll Achieve
- You will develop robust, dynamic financial models to support capital allocation, planning and forecasting across the group, and deliver clear, insightful performance reporting and management information to leadership and the board.
- Working closely with stakeholders across multiple business units, you will proactively challenge assumptions, interrogate performance, and ensure high‑quality data and inputs are captured to drive accuracy and accountability.
- A core part of the role is translating complex, multi‑entity financials into actionable insight that leadership can act on.
What You’ll Have
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or qualified‑by‑experience FP&A specialist, with a strong track record in financial modelling, forecasting and management reporting.
- Experience operating across multi‑entity group structures, ideally spanning multiple territories and currencies, with the commercial instinct to partner with operators rather than simply report to them.
- Advanced modelling skills and the ability to translate complex financials into clear, decision‑ready insight, combined with the rigour to challenge assumptions and hold the business to high data standards.
