We are seeking a mid-level Financial Controller that seeds, builds and scales consumer brands across F&B, FMCG, talent management, restaurant franchises, and a B2B enablement layer. The role spans two dimensions: group-level reporting across the HoldCo and its portfolio, and hands-on finance work embedded within individual portfolio companies.

What You'll Achieve

  • At group level, the Financial Controller will support consolidated reporting across the portfolio, helping maintain reporting discipline across multiple entities, territories and currencies. This includes monthly consolidations, management recharges, inter-company flows between the enablement layer and the house of brands, dividend and service-fee tracking, and producing the institutional-grade reporting required to manage capital allocation and reinvestment decisions across the platform.
  • At portfolio-company level, the Financial Controller will act as an operational finance partner to specific businesses within the group, taking ownership of day-to-day financial management including bookkeeping, reconciliations, supplier and partner payments, invoicing, month-end close, and management reporting.

What You'll Have

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with two to four years of post-qualification experience, ideally with exposure to multi-entity group structures, consolidations, and businesses operating across multiple territories and currencies.
  • The role requires someone comfortable moving between strategic group-level work and operational portfolio-company finance, with strong technical accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, international environment where collaboration across HoldCo leadership and portfolio company teams is essential.
