Kinolibrary is a commercial archive film agency bringing remarkable and rare archive footage to global productions. Latest projects have included “Take That” on Netflix, A24’s “How to Make a Killing” and Pulp’s “Got to Have Love” music video. Our collections span the world and tell a century of stories with a particular focus on high quality locations ranging from 70s New York to 90s Tokyo and subcultures from early hippies to acid house.
We are seeking an experienced full-time, office-based Account Manager to join the team at Kinolibrary. The role involves managing a high volume of UK and International client accounts with a focus on driving successful deal outcomes while delivering tailored client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiating and solution-selling on a wide variety of client projects to hit and surpass targets
- Managing active accounts with a tailored approach that aligns communication to each client’s needs and growth opportunities
- Building strong client relationships through engaging communication
- Ensuring the CRM database is up to date and accurate at all times
- Providing reports on client accounts activity to help improve processes and contribute to the success of the company
- Clearly communicate and coordinate with the rest of the team in an effective and timely way
- Support all pre/post sales activity as and when required
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager or similar role with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise effectively across a high-volume account portfolio
- Demonstrated skills in solution-focused negotiation with strong commercial instincts
- A friendly and confident communicator experienced in engaging with clients including over the phone
- Experience in producing regular account management reports to internal managers
- A proactive problem solver who enjoys adapting processes to improve outcomes
- Confident working independently, with sound judgement on when to escalate or ask for guidance

The position is office-based at our studio in Hoxton, London.
Salary: cÂŁ45,000 per annum depending on experience.
