Assistant Building & Tenant Liaison Manager – City of London

Full-time | Office-based | Competitive Salary + Benefits

Following the recent successful search to strengthen our property management function, Kinney Green is continuing to expand our team. We are now looking for an Assistant Building & Tenant Liaison Manager — someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and keen to develop their career in a professional City environment while supporting the delivery of a growing commercial property portfolio.

About Kinney Green

Established in 1972, Kinney Green is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and property consultants specialising in the London market. Our clients value our hands-on, partner-led service and attention to detail. We manage high-profile offices and commercial buildings across Central London and pride ourselves on the quality of our team.

The Role

This is an office-based role in the City of London , providing essential administrative and coordination support to our property management team. You’ll be the organisational hub for the team, making sure records are accurate, deadlines are tracked, and communication is clear. It’s a hands-on, varied role that would suit someone who enjoys structure, detail, and keeping things running smoothly.

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Logging and following up tenant queries.
  • Maintaining accurate property and compliance records.
  • Assisting with processing invoices and updating spreadsheets.
  • Coordinating meetings, site visits, and contractor appointments.
  • Preparing, formatting, and circulating management reports.
  • Providing general administrative support to the property management team.

About You

You don’t need to be a seasoned property professional, but you should have some solid administrative or coordination experience and be ready to take the next step in your career. We’ll provide training on the property-specific aspects of the role, but we’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Strong organisational skills and a real eye for detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and working with spreadsheets.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • The ability to work independently while supporting a busy team.

Experience in property, facilities, or professional services would be an advantage, but is not essential — this role could suit someone with a strong admin background looking to move into the property industry.

Why Join Us?

At Kinney Green you’ll be part of a small, friendly, professional team where your contribution matters. You’ll gain valuable experience in the property industry, learn directly from senior colleagues, and play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our growing City of London portfolio.
