We’re looking for motivated individuals to join Kinnerton as Team Leaders in our production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with experience in a team leader or supervisory role to join our fast‑paced, food manufacturing environment.
Position type: Full time, permanent.
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off – Days or Nights available. 4 on 4 off days covers 7 days a week, 4 days on and 4 days off, 6am-6pm; 4 on 4 off nights covers 7 nights a week, 4 nights on and 4 nights off, 6pm-6am.
Pay range: £13.09 – £16.20 per hour (£27,397.37 – £33,906.60 annually). Your starting pay grade is allocated depending on skill set.
Pay By Grade (Day)
- Grade 3: £13.09 per hour
- Grade 4: £13.39 per hour
- Grade 5: £13.79 per hour
- Grade 6: £14.38 per hour
Pay By Grade (Night)
- Grade 3: £14.30 per hour
- Grade 4: £14.73 per hour
- Grade 5: £15.32 per hour
- Grade 6: £16.20 per hour
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the packing line to meet production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols; reporting to a Shift Manager.
- Coordinate and train team members, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with food safety and GMP standards.
- Monitor and report on production metrics, drive continuous improvement, and support cross‑functional collaboration.
- Maintain a strong focus on health & safety, quality, and team development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills required.
- Experience in food manufacturing or a fast‑paced environment.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with a focus on quality and safety.
- Ability to motivate a team of production staff.
