Overview
The Grade 6 Team Leader helps support the Shift Manager in the Nut department by coordinating daily tasks and guiding the team to meet production, quality and safety standards. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day activities on the line, support changeovers, solve basic issues and keep the area running smoothly. The role also involves helping train and support colleagues while maintaining good GMP, efficiency and teamwork across the shift.

Position type: Full time, permanent
Shift Pattern: Monday – Sunday, 4 on 4 off night shift, 18:00 – 06:00
Pay range: £16.60 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Deputise for the Shift Manager, including daily staff allocation and supervision of the production area
- Ensure GMP, food safety and health
