Pay range: ÂŁ13.09 /hour (ÂŁ27,397.37 salary equivalent)

Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleaning and housekeeping, following all site schedules, work instructions, and mould wash procedures.
- Ensure segregation between clean and dirty trays/utensils; maintain cleaning equipment in good condition.
- Record completed cleaning activities and report incomplete tasks for corrective action.
- Segregate and dispose of waste, out-of-spec products, and recyclables correctly.
- Report food safety, pest, or environmental issues and any non-conformances to the Hygiene Coordinator.
- Comply with all Health & Safety, legislative, and company regulations.
- Follow HACCP guidelines, job‑specific instructions, and training.
- Keep critical equipment clean, safe, and ready for operation to meet departmental KPIs.
