Due to retirement, Kinneil Medical Practice is looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our friendly, forward-thinking team. Formed from the merge of two established Practices, we serve around 8,300 patients across a mixed demographic. We’re based over two sites in the heart of Bo’ness and are part of the NHS Forth Valley area. Our clinical team comprises 4 GP Partners, 3 salaried doctors and 4 experienced nursing staff.
You’ll oversee daily operations, finances, HR and strategically lead our continuous development and improvement – helping us deliver excellent care in a supportive and inclusive environment.
What we’re looking for:
Strong leadership and people management skills
HR, finance and operational experience
Excellent communicator with a proactive, can-do approach
NHS or GP Practice experience desirable but not essential.
