The predicted salary is between 28000 - 32000 £ per year.

Location: London or Sunbury-upon-Thames (Kinly operate a hybrid working model, allowing for a mix of office & work from home option)

Reports to: Global Head of Field Marketing

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience), plus company benefits

Anticipated Start Date: May 2025 (we are unable to start this role prior to this date)

Your Role: A Creative Force in Marketing

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts—bringing ideas to life and ensuring our message reaches the right audience. You’ll gain hands-on experience in event coordination, content creation, social media engagement, and sales enablement. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow in their marketing career, with development and training provided. While you will contribute to strategic execution, full ownership of budgets and planning will be led by Global Head of Field Marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Event Coordination: Creating Memorable Experiences
    • Support the planning and execution of Kinly events, industry events, webinars, and trade shows that position Kinly as a thought leader.
    • Assist with logistics, including invitations, registrations, and on-the-day coordination to ensure smooth execution.
    • Help track event success through post-event analysis and audience engagement insights.
  • Sales Enablement: Supporting Sales Success
    • Assist in creating and maintaining high-quality sales collateral.
    • Translations and localization of key materials.
    • Ensure sales teams have access to up-to-date marketing assets, including email templates, workflows, sequences, landing pages, and campaigns in HubSpot. Training in HubSpot will be provided.
    • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs and ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Partner Marketing: Strengthening Collaborations
    • Support the coordination of partner marketing funds, ensuring proper allocation and reporting.
    • Assist in preparing Proof of Execution (POE) reports to track marketing activities and claims.
  • Marketing Operations: Driving Insights & Efficiency
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights.
    • Support delivery and reporting of CSAT and NPS (customer surveys).
    • Track key marketing metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide general support in daily marketing operations and administrative tasks.
