The Commercial Manager within Yorktel-Kinly’s Major Projects team is responsible for supporting the successful commercial delivery of large-scale AV projects, including those delivered under JCT contracts and Main Contractor-led programmes. This role ensures robust commercial governance across all phases of the project lifecycle, with a focus on change management, monthly valuations, cost control, and compliance with contractual obligations.

Working closely with the Major Projects PMO Lead and Senior Project Managers within the major projects team, the Commercial Manager will act as the key point of contact for all commercial matters, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely invoicing, effective management of variations and change orders in close coordination with the team.
