You will support VIP conferences with both remote and in-room services, perform first‑line break‑fix tasks on AV hardware, and manage pre‑event testing of audio, wireless mics, VC connections and displays.
Working in a dynamic events team, you will liaise with clients, vendors and project managers to deliver seamless events, including pre‑production meetings and on‑site room support.
