London (Canary Wharf) Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 (dependent on experience), plus company benefits

Hours: Monday - Friday with shifts falling between 7am – 7pm

Interview process: 2-stage process (virtual and then in-person)

We have a portfolio of blue‑chip clients and the current opportunity we have available is working on one of our most prestigious customers, working in a dynamic team, supporting high‑profile Events, Podcasts and Vodcasts. We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Webcast/Podcast Producer who has a passion for media production and is adept at using a range of streaming, audio‑visual, and video conferencing technologies. This role demands an adaptable mindset, a strong technical skill set, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, as you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and professional digital content to support internal communications, client engagement, and thought leadership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, produce, and edit webcasts and podcasts, ensuring high‑quality audio and video standards
  • Manage pre‑production, live broadcasts, and post‑production processes
  • Operate and troubleshoot audio‑visual and streaming equipment
  • Ensure seamless integration with video conferencing tools such as Microsoft MTR and/or Cisco systems
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, executives, and marketing teams to produce compelling, audience‑focused content
  • Implement best practices for recording, editing, and distributing digital media content
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Maintain documentation, including production schedules, equipment inventories, and troubleshooting guides

Skills and experience

  • Ability to guide clients through the entire webcast process; request intake, pre‑event briefing and consultation, testing, live and/or on‑demand event production, streaming, recording, post‑event communication and debriefing
  • Experience within the corporate environment in webcast, podcast, or live‑stream production
  • Extensive knowledge of streaming media technologies, CODECs, servers
  • Experience of the latest digital media, compression and transmission technologies
  • Strong skills in audio and video editing software (e.g. Audacity, Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro)
  • Familiarity with common video formats and streaming protocols
  • Experience of using webcasting platforms with experience of Microsoft Live Events/Teams Town Hall desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage complex production schedules
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
