Salary: £40,000 – £43,000 (dependent on experience), plus company benefits

Interview Process: 2 stage (Virtual and Face-to-face)

Hours: Monday – Friday – 40 hours (rotational shifts; 7am – 4pm & 10am – 7pm)

Exciting new opportunities have arisen for a number of AV Event Technicians, due to a new contract win; to build a new exciting team, working in a brand new building, featuring the latest Audio Visual technology.

Working in a dynamic AV Support Team of eight at our client\’s headquarters in London City covering 100 meeting rooms, Auditorium, Dining rooms, Restaurant and Fitness Centre, we are looking for someone who can quickly adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment at a high profile, Magic Circle Law Firm.

The successful individuals will be able to carry themselves well with Lawyers and Clients; providing a high-class service both personally and technically.

Key responsibilities:

  • In-person meeting room support for high profile internal and external clients
  • Assisting with connecting to room kits and with joining virtual meetings
  • Providing functionality checks
  • Provision of virtual hybrid meeting support
  • Supporting all major platforms – MS Teams/Zoom, Webex
  • Technical support for custom built Case room for QCs and Council
  • Audio desk operation, Vision mixing and Lighting set up
  • Event planning and hybrid event support
  • Provision of Global Support; assisting AV technical issues worldwide

Skills and experience:

We are looking for proven AV Technicians, who have experience working in a corporate environment and who are excited by an opportunity to work on a brand new client site, with the latest technology.
