We are currently recruiting caring and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated team at Lakeview Care Home.
Working night shifts, you will play an important role in supporting residents to live comfortably, safely, and with dignity.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work alongside qualified Nurses and fellow care colleagues to provide high-quality, person-centred care that promotes wellbeing and enhances quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents at all times.
- Support residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, dressing, bathing, toileting, and eating.
- Promote residents’ dignity, independence, and choice.
- Assist residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life and wellbeing.
- Support residents who require additional assistance or are unable to manage independently.
- Assist with serving meals and supporting residents during mealtimes where required.
- Work collaboratively alongside Nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure equipment is used safely and in accordance with operating procedures.
- Follow all health and safety, infection prevention, and safeguarding procedures.
- Contribute positively to team morale and support colleagues to deliver exceptional care.
