About the Role

As an Activities Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in delivering and facilitating purposeful activities that provide emotional and mental stimulation for our residents, enhancing their quality of life and overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and complete life history profiles to tailor activities to each resident's needs.
  • Plan and facilitate meaningful reminiscence activities relevant to individual residents.
  • Direct, guide, and collaborate with the care team in delivering engaging activities.
  • Create individual care plans that reflect and promote resident choice.
  • Work with Activities teams across other services to establish an exciting annual calendar of events.
  • Promote the understanding of reminiscence and its positive impact on dementia care.
