Key Focus Areas:
- Project Delivery & OTIF: Full accountability for On-Time-In-Full delivery performance, smooth sales-to-operations handovers, and strategic capacity planning.
- Margin & Cost Control: Protecting project gross profit (GP), managing COGS, and overseeing the departmental budget.
- Supply Chain Evolution: Transitioning our supply base into a strategic partnership model and developing outsourced manufacturing to support our scaling output and US growth plans.
- Team Leadership: Building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven background in technical construction with strong project management expertise.
- Significant managerial experience, including talent recruitment and performance management.
- Exceptional communication skills with a rigorous eye for detail and accuracy.
- Prince2 (or equivalent) qualification is advantageous.
