KFH is seeking an experienced Complaints Manager to join the Compliance team. The role focuses on taking ownership of complex complaints, external redress cases and regulatory disputes within Lettings operations.
You will report to the Head of Compliance and work with branch managers and senior stakeholders to investigate, resolve issues, manage tribunals and escalate where appropriate, delivering fair and effective resolutions in a fast-paced London environment.
