Are you someone who enjoys keeping things organised, staying on top of deadlines and helping processes move smoothly from start to finish? Join KFH in Wimbledon as a Change of Sharer Tenancy Administrator Support, reporting to the Head of Tenancy Progression, where you'll earn £27,000 and play a key role in supporting tenancy amendments across our lettings operation. This is a Monday to Friday, office-based, 3 monthcontract.

This role is all about keeping tenancy changes progressing efficiently. • Ensure required forms, identification and supporting documentation are received and uploaded correctly
  • Proactively chase tenants, applicants, guarantors and employers for outstanding information
  • Send referencing invitations, monitor progress and provide updates where required
  • Escalate delayed or unsuccessful references to the appropriate team members
  • Check compliance documentation is in place and request updated certificates when needed
  • Manage tenancy documentation and maintain organised records within document management systems
  • Provide timely updates to landlords, tenants and branches while managing shared inboxes and enquiries
  • Maintain pipeline trackers, monitor key dates and support the completion process by issuing confirmations and saving executed agreements
