Kinleigh Limited is seeking a Head of Compliance on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on formalising lettings compliance, aligning front-line resources with sales priorities, and building resilience in the compliance function to support a large operation.
You will develop relationships across divisions, introduce best practices, support SME compliance across the group, and manage group risk registers, reporting deadlines, and regulatory requirements.
