KFH’s range of property services are made up of sales, lettings, block management, survey, and financial services. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, working in collaboration and achieving the right results with integrity.

Using our databases you'll review past valuations and qualify potential clients to secure high-quality valuation appointments for our branch network across London. Working closely with our Branch Directors you will be integral in growing our market share in Sales and Lettings.

Key tasks will involve:

  • Reviewing past valuations and withdrawn stock databases
  • Qualifying potential clients and scheduling valuation appointments
  • Recording activity on database software
  • Delivering high standards of customer service
  • Initiating contact with past buyers and following up on commitments
