At KFH we are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our residential Sales team in South West London. Who are we? At KFH, part of the Lomond group, we are London’s largest property services group, and we are growing! KFH’s range of property services are made up of sales, lettings, block management, survey, and financial services. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, working in collaboration and achieving the right results with integrity.
What’s the role? As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be the face of KFH for buyers and vendors alike. You’ll guide clients through the sales process, from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Conducting property viewings and providing insightful feedback to vendors
- Managing offers and negotiating sales to successful completion
- Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and local market knowledge
- Supporting clients with advice on the sales process, legislation, and KFH’s full range of services
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver a joined-up service
What can you bring to the role?
- A passion for property and a strong background in sales negotiation roles
- Excellent communication skills – you’re confident face-to-face, on the phone, and over email
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the drive to meet and exceed targets

Salary & OTE: £30,000 basic salary (pro rata) guaranteed in the first 6 months. Year 2: £20,000 basic salary – OTE £100,000.
