At KFH we are looking for a senior property manager to join our lettings property management team in Wimbledon. Are you an experienced Property Manager? At KFH we are continuously looking for opportunities to improve and are looking for a senior property manager to bring new thinking and embrace our legacy.

We manage over 15,000 residential and commercial units in different mixed-use schemes across 130 locations in London, with a combined portfolio worth £10 billion. In addition to this, we have one of the largest teams of qualified chartered surveyors and valuers in London and provide a whole range of services for corporate and private clients. You will report into our Head of Lettings Management.

Responsibilities of a senior property manager include:

  • Management of a portfolio of properties relating to one or two branches
  • Work with the branch to prepare properties for new tenancies
  • Ensure properties meet their regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Visit properties at least twice a year
  • Build trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants and contractors
