Role Overview

As a Property Manager, you’ll ensure properties in your portfolio are effectively managed and maintained in line with client agreements and KPIs. You’ll be the main point of contact for tenants, handling onboarding, inspections, maintenance coordination, and compliance. You’ll also foster a sense of community and represent the Simple Life London brand with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in property management within residential lettings or build to rent.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage third-party contractors and resolve tenant issues effectively.
  • NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.
  • A customer‑focused mindset and a collaborative team spirit.
