We are seeking an experienced Group Head of Lettings Compliance to lead and strengthen our group-wide property compliance framework. This pivotal role ensures that our operations remain safe, efficient, resilient, and aligned with regulatory best practice. The role will be based in our Wimbledon Head Office with a salary up to £55,000pa.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing, formalising, and evolving lettings compliance to improve risk mitigation and operational efficiency.
  • Developing strong relationships with stakeholders across all divisions to promote compliance best practice.
  • Supporting subject matter experts in managing risk across business areas.
  • Collaborating with Talent Development and Front Line Operations to deliver engaging compliance training.
  • Owning and managing Group risk registers, processes, and compliance documentation.
  • Overseeing AML, Data Protection, and GDPR processes for the Group.
  • Managing regulatory body registrations, reporting deadlines, and requirements.
  • Providing expert guidance on complex branch-level issues in Sales and Lettings.
  • Overseeing second-level complaint handling, legal responses, and PI notifications.
  • Ensuring Directors are fully informed of risk status, regulatory matters, and emerging issues.
