At Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) we are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our Residential Lettings team.

KFH, part of the Lomond group, is London’s largest property services group, and we are growing! KFH’s range of property services are made up of sales, lettings, block management, survey, and financial services. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, working in collaboration and achieving the right results with integrity.

You’ll play a key part with matching tenants with their next home; through viewings and negotiations you’ll build strong relationships over the phone and face to face. A desire to succeed and earn is vital in our lettings teams.

Key tasks will involve:

  • Registering and qualifying applicants to ensure you fully understand their requirements
  • Generating and conducting viewings obtaining quality feedback
  • Keeping landlords informed with updates on viewings, activity and developments related to their property
  • Turn applicant interest into offers and guide negotiations into move ins with care and clarity
