At KFH we are looking for a conveyancing sales consultant to join our Londonwide Conveyancing team in Balham, South-West London. With over 60 branches across the capital we are London’s largest property services groups, and we are growing! We offer a range of services including sales, lettings and conveyancing partnerships. Our Londonwide Conveyancing department provides property solicitors from over 20 London law firms to clients referred to us by our sales branches.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all referrals are contacted in a timely manner, qualified, whilst giving guidance of the conveyancing process and converting leads.
- Prepare and send out quotations to buyers and sellers.
- Communicate and build strong relationships with the KFH network, solicitors, and conveyancers.
- Support in resolving any client issues including matters impeding the progress of a sale.
You will report into our Head of Conveyancing and Business Development.
