You will report to the Head of Client Services.
Responsibilities of a Client Services Consultant include:
- Review valuations and stock databases regularly to identify potential leads, prepare call lists, and initiate contact.
- Understand client circumstances and requirements to convert leads into valuation appointments.
- Schedule valuations from converted leads and keep relevant branch managers informed.
- Provide high-quality customer service to clients and leads to enhance our team's reputation.
- Engage with property developers and landlords through database searches and referrals to explore new opportunities.
- Follow up on commitments and advance discussions to secure new instructions where appropriate.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in sales or business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while achieving results.
