At KFH, we are seeking a Client Services Consultant to join our team in Wimbledon. Are you a motivated sales professional? Do you have telesales experience? Managing over 15,000 units across 130 locations with a portfolio worth Β£10 billion, we have one of the largest teams of qualified chartered surveyors and valuers in London. You will report to the Head of Client Services.

Responsibilities of a Client Services Consultant include:

  • Review valuations and stock databases regularly to identify potential leads, prepare call lists, and initiate contact.
  • Understand client circumstances and requirements to convert leads into valuation appointments.
  • Schedule valuations from converted leads and keep relevant branch managers informed.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients and leads to enhance our team's reputation.
  • Engage with property developers and landlords through database searches and referrals to explore new opportunities.
  • Follow up on commitments and advance discussions to secure new instructions where appropriate.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in sales or business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while achieving results.
