At KFH we are looking for an Assistant Leasing Manager to join our Build to Rent team in London Bridge. At KFH, part of the Lomond group, we are London’s largest property services group, and we are growing! KFH’s range of property services are made up of sales, lettings, block management, survey, and financial services. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, working in collaboration and achieving the right results with integrity.

As an Assistant Leasing Manager, you’ll be responsible for converting registered applicants into new tenancies, delivering exceptional service and communication to tenants. You’ll conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and ensure all compliance and documentation is completed accurately. You’ll also support the leasing team by mentoring junior colleagues and maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity in all activities.

What can you bring to the role?

  • Experience in a customer or sales-oriented role such as retail, hospitality, or contact centre.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills across face-to-face, email, and telephone.
  • A strong understanding of the London property market and relevant compliance requirements.
  • IT literacy, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems like SLM.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for delivering results and supporting your team.
