Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward is hiring a Credit Controller in London to manage rent arrears and other debt, liaising with tenants and landlords to secure timely payments and escalate cases when needed.
You will follow a structured chase process with letters and calls on Days 3, 4, 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 31 and 32, and work with Branch Directors and PMs to reduce arrears, ensure accurate records, and uphold compliance.
